Another unit for my Boshin War games, they are Satsuma troops loyalist to the Emperor, this unit is perfect to play with rules as Triumph & Tragedy and his Colonial supplement, Smooth & Rifled, Ronin or Sharp Practice.  Hope you like!

Command base by Olyreed

Imperial Artillery "12 pounder Armstrong"

Perry BIF artillery converted to Boshin War, conversion is very easy, Bac Ninh heads and a little work of file and putty. Armstrong gun were used for both sides, in this case, Imperial Artillery loading 12 pounder Armstrong.
